The Cooksy's LED should be showing solid green, indicating a Wi-Fi connection, but your Cooksy isn't able to communicate with your App. If you are encounter this Error 302 under Menu > Settings > Sensor Pairing, please take the following steps.
First make sure your Cooksy and device are on connected on the same Wi-Fi network.
Next make sure your Cooksy isn't connected to a guest network; Guest Networks typically have a security feature that prevent devices from connecting to each other. While this normally works to keep you safe, it creates issues with the Cooksy pairing.
Wi-Fi systems have different user interfaces, so there will be some variation on the steps you will need to take to resolve. You'll need to change your home's Wi-Fi settings to allow devices to connect to each other. Below are some examples of what this will look like.
Look for a setting that enables communication between devices on your network. On the TP-Link Archer router the setting is called AP Isolation and is locate in the System Tools >System Parameters. This should be enabled then disabled to test its connection.
On Synology Routers it is called "Allow guests to connect with each other and it is located in the Wi-Fi Connect application.
Once this is done, your Cooksy should be able to pair.
